1. Services
EZ Power Wash LLC provides residential and commercial power washing services. All services will be performed as agreed upon at the time of estimate or booking.

2. Estimates and Pricing
All quotes are based on the information provided at the time of request. Final pricing may vary if additional services are required or if the condition of the property differs from what was originally described.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations
Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. EZ Power Wash LLC reserves the right to reschedule services due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:

• Providing access to the service area

• Ensuring water and electricity are available if required

• Removing or securing fragile or valuable items prior to service

EZ Power Wash LLC is not responsible for damage to items that are not properly secured or removed.

5. Property Condition and Risks
Power washing can expose pre-existing damage such as loose paint, cracks, or deteriorated surfaces. By agreeing to our services, you acknowledge these risks and understand that EZ Power Wash LLC is not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damages resulting from normal cleaning processes.

6. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept approved forms of payment as communicated at the time of service.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the service, you must notify us within 24–48 hours so we can address the issue.

8. Liability Limitations
EZ Power Wash LLC is fully insured. However, our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Weather Policy
Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather conditions to ensure safety and quality results.

10. Changes to Terms
EZ Power Wash LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be available upon request or posted on our website.
