Refund Policy & Disclaimer – EZ Power Wash LLC

At EZ Power Wash LLC, we take pride in delivering high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of power washing services, the following refund policy applies:

No Guaranteed Refunds
All services provided are considered final. Power washing is a cleaning service, not a restoration service, and results may vary depending on the condition of the surface.

Satisfaction Resolution
If you are not satisfied with your service, you must notify EZ Power Wash LLC within 24–48 hours of completion. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue, which may include a re-service or touch-up at our discretion.

Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued only under the following conditions:

  • The issue reported is directly related to workmanship

  • EZ Power Wash LLC has been given the opportunity to correct the issue

  • The concern cannot be resolved through a re-service

Any approved refunds will be issued at the sole discretion of EZ Power Wash LLC and may be partial or full depending on the circumstances.

Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Pre-existing damage, stains, or discoloration

  • Surfaces with deterioration, loose materials, or structural issues

  • Results affected by age, weathering, or environmental factors

  • Inaccessible or restricted areas at the time of service

  • Customer failure to properly prepare the service area

Weather & Scheduling
Services may be rescheduled due to weather conditions. Delays or rescheduling do not qualify for refunds.

Agreement to Terms
By purchasing services from EZ Power Wash LLC, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy & Disclaimer.

EZ Power Wash LLC reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
